Many of us underestimate the strength we get from flexibility. Having full range of motion in your joints is crucial to getting stronger as well as injury prevention and helps keep you pain free. Being able to move freely is so important and more powerful than you know.
Flexibility and aging tend to go hand in hand. Being stiff and inflexible and will probable cause you too age a lot faster than necessary. They will have very limited movement. Someone who’s muscles and joints are supple & flexible, is defying gravity, they will feel and look younger and be full of energy and vitality.
It is very important to stretch before and after a workout. If this isn’t done then you will struggle more with movement and your body will not improve like it should.
Stretching will help you stay free from injury and strength your bones and joints, in turn helping you to perform better, whether it be for sports or everyday life.

You can travel more comfortably because of the ability to sit in many different positions and do things with your body in confined spaces you otherwise could not do.
