This solution provides for value-packages, where SwitchonMyMedia will act a strategic partner, offering a wide range of traditional and digital marketing, as well as strong technical solutions to your business. We will work in conjunction with you or on your behalf, as your marketing department. This ultimately gives you the huge advantage of having the technical skills to strategies, plan and implement digital solutions on your behalf. Why pay two different companies or larger salaries than required when you can get all of this within one package deal?
If you already have a marketing department in place, we will work closely with them to effectively integrate you traditional and digital marketing solutions to improve and optimize performance.

PAYMENT METHODS THAT OFFER FLEXIBILITY:
We accept a number of payment options via our website for the purchase of all products and services on offer – We accept Credit Card (*Current receipt limit of R10,000.00 per online order), Instant EFT’s/ Manual EFT’s, Bitcoin, amongst other payment options. BASIC T&C'S FOR RETAINER PACKAGES:
All terms and conditions are as per our website. All services will be provided as per the agreed package. Any products or services over and above the selected package and/or as provided in conjunction with a third-party service provider, will be for your account – such as:
Website domain name registration
Website hosting/ server solutions (*As per your ISP)
Hardware and/or software that is not included in the package solutions for the technologies required (i.e. Licensed software)
Any/ all travel costs not previously agreed upon
AdWords and/or other digital marketing campaigns (SEM), over and above the budgeted amount
Social media advertising campaigns (i.e. Facebook/ YouTube – SMO), over and above the budgeted amount
Detailed copywriting for digital or print media (*Depending on your package)
Video creation and editing that may full outside the scope of the contract (*Depending on your package)
Other expenses over and above the reasonable requirements for the products and services as per your selected package
*Any of the above services can be provided on request.
*All working hours will be taken into account for the selected package, including meetings, telephonic consultation or any other tasks that are required to deliver a product or service.
*A month’s notice (*30 days) is required for any amendments to retainer package by either party.
*For any products and/or services we cannot provide in-house, we will advise accordingly and work with you to finding the quickest, practical, cost effective and most beneficial solution/s.
