Fitness26: FAT LOSS – What Are You Waiting For?

It all begins with a few simple steps with your meal planning.
As you all know a good eating plan is paramount to helping you achieve your weight loss goals. However, what is a “good diet”? There are loads of different “diets or eating plans” out there for you to follow, but most of them work IF you stick to them long enough, and that is a big IF!

What is a good diet?
A good diet / eating plan helps you reach and maintain your goals, if you can’t wait for your diet to be over so you can eat the same as you were before; chances are that you will regain the weight after reaching your goal. Also a good eating plan should help you feel at your best, more energized, satisfied, stress less and happy.
What the point of looking good if you don’t feel good? Sufficient nutrients and calories help to keep going and feeling great. An eating plan should also be a lifestyle change not a quick fix. A conscious decision to chance your old habits for new healthy ones & stick to them…
A good diet should be easily to implement. Complicated recipes & food prep is something that will make it difficult to maintain.
Finally a good diet should improve structure so that you have accountability, but you shouldn’t feel like you are trapped or uncomfortable, if it is making you feel this way then your instinct is to binge.
STEPS FOR A FAT LOSS DIET
Taking the key components of a good diet, here is a simple and easy approach for managing your nutrition. It will provide you with a solid structure while still giving you choice; it allows you to eat from all food groups so you don’t feel deprived.
